1. Information We Collect
We collect information to deliver high-performance Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and engineering platform services. The types of data collected include:
- Contact & Account Information: Name, work email address, company name, phone number, job title, and authentication credentials provided when scheduling a demo, requesting product access, or registering an account.
- Website & Telemetry Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, device diagnostics, operating systems, referring URLs, and page navigation patterns collected via cookies or server access logs to optimize site performance.
- Customer Engineering Data (SaaS & Hosted Services): Metadata, CAD bill of materials (BOM), project logs, and system interactions created during authorized platform usage. *Note: On-premise enterprise deployments store zero proprietary CAD files on ATHIVEX servers.*
- Communication Records: Enquiries, support tickets, email exchanges, and feedback provided to our team.
2. How We Use Information
ATHIVEX processes collected data strictly for legitimate operational, security, and contractual purposes:
Service Provisioning
Operating, maintaining, and enhancing the ATHIVEX suite (Bharat PLM, KAAL ALM, Jatayu 3D, Ramsetu, Siddhi AI, Vanigam ERP).
Security & Integrity
Detecting security incidents, preventing unauthorized repository access, and monitoring compliance with terms.
Customer Support & Demo Scheduling
Responding to product inquiries, organizing technical trials, and delivering pilot provisioning support.
Legal & Regulatory Obligations
Fulfilling accounting, tax, data retention, and export-control compliance requirements.
3. Information Security Management System (ISMS) & SOC 2
Security is foundational to ATHIVEX. Our software development lifecycle (SDLC) and infrastructure follow an enterprise-grade Information Security Management System (ISMS):
- Encryption Standards: Data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3, and data at rest is protected via AES-256 encryption.
- Access Controls: Enforced Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and least-privilege administrative access policies.
- SOC 2 Criteria Alignment: Designed in alignment with AICPA Trust Services Criteria (Security, Confidentiality, Availability, Processing Integrity, and Privacy).
- Sovereign Deployment: Enterprise customers can host the ATHIVEX suite fully on-premise or within isolated VPCs to guarantee zero cloud exposure.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell personal or enterprise data. Data is shared only under strict operational necessity:
- Trusted Infrastructure Providers: Secure cloud hosting, CDN, and email delivery vendors bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
- Legal Compliance: When mandated by court orders, lawful requests from public authorities, or to protect our legal rights.
- Corporate Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset re-organization, with notice provided to affected users.
